How do I contact support?

Email support@enhancerphoto.com for general questions. You can also open a support ticket after signing in to your account.

The ticket channel requires sign-in so a request can be associated with your account. Use email for general questions and tickets to keep account-related requests together.

What information helps us investigate?

1. Name the tool and describe the action you took.
2. Include the task ID, approximate time and the displayed error when available.
3. For a billing issue, include the order reference and the account email.
4. Describe the expected result and what actually happened. A screenshot can help.

Do not share passwords, API keys, payment card details or authentication tokens. Share an image only if it is necessary for the investigation and you have permission to provide it.
